The Help Desk, which is staffed 24/7, is your first step to contact support. Most issues can be resolved within a few minutes through the Help Desk. We require all customers to open a trouble ticket before contacting us via phone or live chat support. This allows you and our staff to track any ticket from the beginning to resolution.
2.0 Toll-Free Support.
1.877.318.4562. Toll free phone support is available 24/7. When contacting a phone support technician, please have your Help Desk ticket number available.
MyVPSHost Network's provides the community forums as a means for our clients to interact with each other. Please keep in mind that although MyVPSHost employees may read and post messages on this board, the most reliable way for you to communicate with MyVPSHost Networks is though the support desk.
